季孔庶 王章榮 陳天華 王明庥 摘 要:用生長調(diào)節(jié)劑處理5年生江西吉安種源馬尾松插穗,發(fā)現(xiàn)先用S3307后用IBA無效,先用IBA后用S3307使扦插成活率成倍提高,首次以木本植物為材料佐證了植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑的階段性促根作用理論.單獨(dú)使用時(shí),IBA最適濃度為200mg.L-1,S3307最適濃度為100mg.L-1.最佳處理為自制的復(fù)配調(diào)節(jié)劑M1和M2,M1和M2通過提高插穗內(nèi)源IAA,降低iPA、ABA和GA1+3和內(nèi)源抑制物??黃酮類MI3、MI5、MI6,減弱IAAO活性,使插穗生根率由對照的34%提高到90%和84%,側(cè)根數(shù)、不定根數(shù)、最長不定根長和根總長等4個(gè)生根性狀顯著增強(qiáng),有利于培養(yǎng)無性系壯苗. and Environment, Nanjing Forestry Un iversity ,Nanjing 210037, China) Abstract:Root-inducing treatments was used in cuttings from five years old ortets
of Pinus massoniana Lamb. from Ji′an in Jiangxi Province. First S3307
later IBA treatments had no effect on raising root r ate. The fittest
concentration of IBA was 200 mg.L-1 and
S3307 was 100 mg.L-1. Of all
the treatments, regulators M1 and M2, compounded by the
author, were the best. They could raise the level of endogenous IAA,lo wer the levels of
iPA、 ABA、GA1+3 and root inhibitors (MI3, MI5 and
MI6, they were all flavoniods), and also weaden the activity of
IAA-oxidase (IAAO) .As a result, the root rate was raised from 34 percent (CK)
up to 90 and 84 percent respectively. And the sum of adventitious root and
branch root, the l ength of the longest root and the total length of the roots,
were notabely rais ed.Therefore, strong stecklings of Pinus massoniana Lamb.
