摘　要：可持續(xù)發(fā)展是人類長期的共同目標(biāo)，森林可持續(xù)經(jīng)營是在國家可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)下的森林經(jīng)營，其實(shí)質(zhì)是調(diào)整森林利用與保護(hù)的關(guān)系.該文運(yùn)用可持續(xù)發(fā)展的研究方法，結(jié)合我國正在進(jìn)行的森林資源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和林業(yè)分類經(jīng)營，提出了森林資源結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的原則，即綜合決策原則，保障生態(tài)區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)完整性的原則，環(huán)境合理性、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性和動(dòng)態(tài)性原則.

Principles for regional forest resource structure adjustment

Abstract：Sustainable development is a long-term and common goal for human being.Sustainable forest management is under national sustainable development strategy,and its nature is rational adjustment of forest harvest and conservation.The paper suggests some principles for forest structure adjustment,named principle of integrative decision-making,principle of safeguarding ecosystem integrality of physiographic region,principle of environmental rationality and principle of economic feasibility and dynamic.
