SYNTHESIS,CHARACTERIZATION OF MESOPOROUS MOLECULAR SIEVE SULPHATED-Al-MCM-?41 AND ITS CATALYSIS ON TERPINEOL ESTERIFICATION Abstract:A
mesoporous molecular sieve Al-MCM-?41
was synthesized directly by hydrothermal method.In this
process,crystallization was controlled at 145?℃ and
24~28?h.Al-MCM-?41
was disposed by different ways to prepare SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41.SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41was
characterized by XRD,BET and FT-IR measurements.The results show that
the skeleton of mesoporous molecular sieves has not been destroyed and
the crystallinity was improved.By FT-IR,it was proved that SO2-4 has
been incorporated within the skeleton.SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41
was used as catalysts in the reaction of synthesizing terpinyl
acetate.The results showed that SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41
synthesized by using 0.25?mol/L
H2SO4 to infuse calcined Al-MCM-?41

℃,晶化時間24~28 h.用不同方法處理Al-MCM-?41得到SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41.通過XRD、BET和FT-IR對SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41進行表征.結(jié)果表明:分子篩的骨架沒有被破壞,結(jié)晶度較好.從FT-IR圖上看出SO2-4已進入分子篩骨架內(nèi)部.將SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41用于催化松油醇酯化反應(yīng).氣相色譜分析反應(yīng)結(jié)果表明,用0.25
mol/L H2SO4浸泡焙燒過的Al-MCM-?41得到的SO2-4-Al-MCM-?41催化活性最好. |
