摘　要：山區(qū)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的安置問(wèn)題，關(guān)系到山區(qū)農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)進(jìn)步，關(guān)系到第二步戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，是國(guó)內(nèi)外普遍關(guān)注的熱門(mén)話題。本文作者在對(duì)山東省四個(gè)縣進(jìn)行社會(huì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)四縣的就業(yè)方式的成因進(jìn)行了分析，并提出了各自的就業(yè)方式調(diào)整方向，這對(duì)大多數(shù)山區(qū)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力域內(nèi)就業(yè)方式的調(diào)整，具有一定的借鑒意義。

Adjustment Strategy on the Way of Mountainous Rural Labor s Job-selection inside the Same Area

Abstract：The problem of mountainous rural labor s arrangement，which relates to the economic development and social improvement in mountainous rural area，as well as to the realization of the second strategy target，is a hot topic both in domestic and at abroad. Based on the social research of four counties in Shandong province，the paper analyzes the four areas job-selection way，and puts forward the adjustment direction respectively. It has some reference for most mountainous rural labor s job-selection adjustment inside the same area.
