摘　要：本文通過總結各位專家對資本運營的理解，界定了林業(yè)資本運營的概念，并歸納其重要特征。并進一步論證資本運營是深化林業(yè)企業(yè)改革和從整體上搞活林業(yè)經(jīng)濟的重要思路，有利于盤活國有林業(yè)資產存量，有利于進一步推動現(xiàn)代林業(yè)企業(yè)制度的建立與完善，有利于林業(yè)產業(yè)結構和企業(yè)結構的調整，有利于林業(yè)企業(yè)的成長和擴張，有助于提高林業(yè)經(jīng)濟整體效益。

Abstract：The paper，through summarizing the various specialists understanding for capital run，define the concept of forestry capital run, and induce its important traits. Further argue that capital run is important train thought for deepening the reforms of forestry enterprise and activating forestry economy. It is beneficial to founding and perfecting modern forestry enterprise system，beneficial to adjusting forestry industry construction and enterprise construction，beneficial to the growth and expansion of the forestry enterprise，beneficial to improving forestry economic total efficiency.
