摘 要: 用AH型非貴金屬催化劑催化松香歧化反應(yīng),考察了攪拌速率、催化劑粒度、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)反應(yīng)的影響,建立了動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。確認(rèn)在240~270℃范圍反應(yīng)為一級(jí),求出在240、250、260和270℃時(shí)的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)分別為2.9×10-3、3.1×10-3、1.42×10-2和2.51×10-2min-1。表觀活化能E為184.80×103 kJ/mol,頻率因子A =1.453×1016。

Research on Reaction Kinetics of Disproportionation of Gum Rosin Catalyzed by AH Nonnoble Metal Catalyst

Abstract: The reaction of disproportionation of gum rosin catalyzed by AH nonnoble metal catalyst was studied, and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, particle size of catalyst, and stir speed were investigated. It was found that the reaction was of the first order at 240-270℃. Reaction rate constants were 2.9×10-3, 3.1×10-3, 1.42×10-2, 2.51×10-2min-1 at 240, 250, 260 and 270 ℃,respectively. Apparent activation energy E was 184.80×103kJ/mol, frequency factor A was 1.453×1016.
