摘　要：森林生態(tài)效益經濟補償機制是現階段推進我國林業(yè)向縱深發(fā)展的關鍵性措施，必須以馬克思主義的勞動價值論和再生產理論作為分析該問題的基礎。受外在補償的應該是特定公益林的經營者，而不包括商品林的經營者。補償的標準是價值補償，為保證公益林的擴大再生產，必須保證公益林經營也有盈利，使用者補償途徑應該分步到位，逐步推進，國家、各級政府、各主管部門參與，采取行之有效的辦法加以實施。

On Financial Compensation for Ecological Benefit of Forest

Abstract：A system of financial compensation for ecological benefit of forest is key measures which can carry forestry forward wholly development, the analysis should base on the labor-value theory and the reproduction theory of Marxism. Financial Compensation for forest externals should be public-Welfare forests, not be timber forest. A standard of Compensation is forest value, public-welfare forests should have profits, financial compensation is a guarantee of extended reproduction of public-welfare forests. Public-welfare should be progressively compensated by user.
