摘　要：概述了目前我國(guó)森林環(huán)境價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)的理論基礎(chǔ)和評(píng)價(jià)方法，并對(duì)其難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析，闡述了構(gòu)建我國(guó)特色的評(píng)價(jià)理論框架及評(píng)價(jià)體系的必要性，指出只有建立森林生態(tài)環(huán)境定位觀測(cè)站及其動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)體系，才能科學(xué)計(jì)量、評(píng)估森林生態(tài)環(huán)境價(jià)值.

Problems and Countermeasures of the Monetary Evaluation of Ecological and Environmental Functions of Forest

Abstract：This paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures of the monetary evaluation of ecological and environmental functions of forest.The problems are theory foundation,research methods and evaluation models.The countermeasures are:(1)presenting the theory framework of the evaluation on the basis of various important evaluation theories,(2) analyzing and following the development trends and (3) establishing the network and system for monitoring the comprehensive ecological and environmental functions of forest.
