松材線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)攜帶細(xì)菌的鑒定和毒性研究

松材線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)攜帶細(xì)菌的鑒定和毒性研究

摘 要:從松材線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)病致死的松材木質(zhì)部和松材線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)體表分離到3個(gè)出現(xiàn)頻率較高的細(xì)菌菌株,菌株Njh、Njt和Njw.經(jīng)鑒定3種細(xì)菌分別為熒光假單胞菌Ⅰ型(Pseudomonas fluorescens biotype Ⅰ)熒光假單胞菌Ⅱ型(Pseudomonas fluorescens biotype Ⅱ)和泛菌屬某種(Pantoea sp.).用牛肉膏蛋白胨液體培養(yǎng)基振蕩培養(yǎng)細(xì)菌,培養(yǎng)液直接處理黑松愈傷組織,測(cè)定各細(xì)菌的產(chǎn)毒能力.與對(duì)照(空白培養(yǎng)液)相比,3種細(xì)菌的培養(yǎng)原液都可對(duì)黑松愈傷組織產(chǎn)生明顯影響,其中菌株Njh和菌株Njt可以在2?d內(nèi)使愈傷組織明顯變色,菌株Njw處理變色較慢.表明菌株Njh和Njt培養(yǎng)液內(nèi)有大量致萎毒性物質(zhì)存在.
